A couple of years ago I made presentation at PEIR about Mindful Meditation and its impact on the brain and aging. And now these projections at the end of our chromosomes are confirmed as markers of aging (NYT today). They normally diminish with age but can be regrown. And thus improve our well being in old age. One of the ways of doing this is to manage stress by meditating and taking yoga. Well I said this several years ago.  So be mindful and breathe. Life will be longer and healthier.
