Yoga and Meditation Are Also Very Therapeutic

The activities that have given me the greatest comfort and feelings of well being are yoga, meditation and blogging.  Moving the  entire body  regularly (yoga) and calming the mind (meditiation) are vital to physical and mental health.  And then expressing feelings, thoughts and concerns in a thoughtful and rational (I  hope) way  is also very helpful. These activities represent for me a comprehensive approach to well being. Almost.

One needs to add a nutritional component. My guides for that aspect of health include Joseph Mercola, Ronald Hoffman and Michael Pollan (Food Rules) among others.
