A Better Diagnostic Procedure II

In the New York Times today there is a long lament about subjecting elderly women to mammographies.  The article points out that less than 2 % of women over 80 die of breast cancer. So the issues are:  Do we subject these women to the radiation, pain and sometimes questionable diagnoses or take the minimal risk of not having this invasive procedure.

The real answer is to have thermography which is less invasive and more accurate.
